Ba'arak Allahu Feek Ya Akhi in Islam for this Question but it pain us to see that we are simply repeating the same Question that we have addressed them in past and you were a member already almost 10 times nevertheless we will do this again for the benefit of the group and for you In Sha Allaah.
Firstly
Understand that Hijjab is not a harassment for our Sisters but Allah Subhanahoo'Wa'Ta'ala made this a preserve act of Haya or in other words protection shield of women from Non Mahram and from the Dunya or from the lust mongers in society. In fact wearing Hijjab is also an act of worship that is rewarded highly in front of Allaah Tabara'kah Ta'ala Rahman Alhamdulillah because when Women's says yes to Hijjab actually they are saying yes to the commandments of Allaah Jalo Jalaltu Subhan'Allah and it is not Mustahabb or Sunn'ah but fard and our Sisters should must wear if they don't wish to raise war against Allaah Subhanawa'Ta'ala because if you don't follow the rules of Schools or College you may be severly punishment by school management to the extend of removing you from the schools likewise if our beloved Sisters don't wear Hijjab than they will be spared in this Dunya as Allah Subhanahoo'Wa'Ta'ala has given free will to Inns however when they go to there graveyard or in al qiyyama they would be paying for what they use to do here in this Dunya Subhan'Allah.
Secondly
Allaah is the One Who has commanded women to cover their adornments, including the face, bosom and all their adornments. This has been enjoined upon women as a protection against abuse and temptation. That is because women are the focus of desire, and the focus of what those who are tempted look at.
So if a woman uncovers her beauty she will provoke desire, and people will become attracted to her and will follow her. This is the cause of many immoral actions such as adultery and the things that lead to it.
Therefore Hijjaab has become compulsory for the sisters so that they are protected and further avoid desires and temptations Subhan'Allah.
Allaah Subhanawa'Ta'ala Says in The Qur'an:
*“…and to draw their veils all over Juyoobihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms)…”*
[Al-Noor 24:31]
This Ayaah explains that the veil (khimaar) is that which comes down from the head and covers the face, and the jilbaab is an outer garment with which a woman covers herself, leaving no part of her body showing.
Furthermore Allah Tabara'kah Ta'ala Says in The Qur'an:
*“…And when you ask (his [the Prophet’s] wives) for anything you want, ask them from behind a screen…”*
[Al-Ahzaab 33:53]
So in conclusion it is a protection for women so that there will be no room for people to treat them as playthings.
We hope now the Questioner has understood the importance of Hijjaab and why it should be wore by our Sisters Subhan'Allah.
*May Peace Be Upon Prophet Muhammad and His Families and His Companions*
